Which browser should I be using?
Our recommended browser is the latest version of Google Chrome; this is the browser our instructors use in our lessons.
What type of computing environment do I need for this course?
You need to have a stable internet connection and a computer that is able to run the latest version of Chrome. One of the following operating systems should be fine: Microsoft Windows, version 10 or greater; Apple OSX, version 10.2 or greater; Linux distributions from version 18.04 or greater.
Can I meet other students in the programme?
You can connect with other students through our Slack community, but we will not specifically organize any events or ask you to participate with others in the programme.
Are there additional resources covering soft skills?
Yes, we have tons of great text and video content on our blog.
What is the format of the programme?
The programme consists of text-based lessons, video lectures,interactive challenges and practical projects.
I find it hard to troubleshoot issues with my code, do you have any suggestions?
Come chat to our Tutor Team on the Support Tab! The tutors are here to help you 24 hours a day Monday through Friday, and from 9am - 5pm GMT+1 on Saturday and Sunday. The tutors can help you build your troubleshooting and problem solving skills as you’re working through questions that you’re having on the course material or technical issues that you’re having on your project.
